Hello fellow sleuths! It's already become November and the snow has arrived and I've been MIA, but I'm still here!
I want to share some photos from a walk I took the other day. I live in the Canadian Rockies and because we're so high up, the snow arrived and has stayed due to the cold temperatures. I took the dogs for a walk and everything looked so beautiful, I just had to take a few photos.
In the last post, I discussed Project Midnight in which Nancy Drew fan Mikel has been trying to make an interactive demo of the Parry House from MID but in the style of the old Nancy Drew games. You can read all about it here. I've found the project to be immensely inspiring and have been working on my "Project Midnight". I say it in quotes because it isn't exactly a Midnight in Salem project, but more of a Nancy Drew preservation project. I won't say a whole lot, but I'm incredibly excited about the prospects I've made on it so far. Stay tuned for more info!
Today, I started to upload the playthrough I did of Nancy Drew: Secrets Can Kill REMASTERED with Arglefumph/Michael Gray. Being able to play through a Nancy Drew game with a childhood hero was a truly fascinating experience. It felt like my career on YouTube finally came full circle and I was able to record a playthrough with the guy who started it all. You can view the first three episodes here:
I've had several requests over the years to play a Nancy Drew game with Arglefumph and the time has finally come! To those that were requesting, I hope this is fulfilling!
I've got more stuff going on behind the scenes which is currently under wraps, so keep an eye out for some more updates over the coming days and weeks!
That about wraps up today's post. Until next time, detectives!
