Returning Nancy Drew Fans

Hello fellow sleuths! I must say, one of the coolest things about running this YouTube channel is the fan interactions I've had.

When I say fans, I don't necessarily mean fans of my channel, but fans of the Nancy Drew games. Over the last few days, my videos on The Secret of Shadow Ranch Beta have shown up in several people's recommended list. Most people have never heard of or played the games, but there's the odd few that used to play the games and have just been reminded of them. For instance, someone commented on one of the videos today saying that for some reason episode 2 showed up for them, but it had been around 12 years since they last looked up a playthrough of the Nancy Drew games. 12 YEARS! I think that's so amazing. These games have been such a huge part of my life since 2005, I can't imagine not playing them for 12 years.

I released episodes 7 and 8 of the beta series today. You can watch both of them here:

I'll be releasing the final 2 episodes of the playthrough tomorrow morning. Stay tuned for those! I've really enjoyed seeing people react to another version of such a fan-favorite game. As this version is very similar to the released version, there isn't a whole lot to get excited about. However, the 20 year anniversary of the game is 2 years away so it is kind of refreshing to have footage like this come to light!
