It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! Today is the final day of November. That means that there’s 31 days left of 2016! People claim that this has been ‘the worst year ever’. I don’t fully agree. I agree it’s been a weird one, but not the worst. Donald Trump became president, multiple celebrities passed including Prince, David Bowie, and Alan Rickman, no Nancy Drew game came out except Codes and Clues (but I don’t count that), etc.

Those are all weird, abnormal things that were not expected from really anyone. However, next year is 2017. I truly hope and believe that many great things will come next year. That includes Midnight in Salem. Her Interactive has been incredibly secret about this next installment in the Nancy Drew game franchise for the past year. Many fans have started to give up and say they’ll be back when the game comes out. In my opinion, I feel like I’m running a race. A race in which MID is one of my fastest competitors. I can see it, I know it’s there, but I can’t beat it, touch it, get excited over it. I’m the anxious runner who’s waiting for the race to be over. That race is the completion of Midnight in Salem. I believe we are so close, but I just can’t touch it yet.

On a lighter note, I said in one of the last posts that Christmas is getting so close! 24 days until that wonderful eve when family and friends get together. It’s one of my favorite times of year (aside from the Oscars) and I always look forward to seeing my grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins having a good time together. I really makes life worth it, having people like that in my life. Shortly after that is New Years. That’s always fun where I live. My family and I live right at the base of a ski hill. Every year at New Years, they set off fireworks about halfway up the hill. We climb up a ways and watch them go off. Again, it’s wonderful to see so many people share in one wonderful event. Tomorrow should hopefully feel more like winter and Christmas. I might have to turn on some old classics again…

This is one of the longest blog posts I’ve written so far. This sort of thing is really fun to do. I get to talk about whatever I want!
