Briefly Looking Ahead

Hello fellow sleuths! Welcome to the first post of August! I can't believe we're over halfway through and I still haven't written on here yet. Well, here we go!

Life's been... complicated recently. This time, I can't exactly say it's been complicated in a good way. Just for privacy's sake, I won't go into specific details. However, I will say that our family has had multiple moments of concern this month. Fortunately, I do see a bright light at the end of this seemingly long tunnel. I know that everything will end up sorting itself out, but there's still a rocky road ahead. I'll be sure to fill everyone in once things have calmed down a bit!

Next week I'll be at my friend's wedding! In fact, I'll be the best man! I might have to brush up on my knowledge of The Haunting of Castle Malloy to get better suited to the role. The day after the wedding, I'm flying out to Vancouver to join my family on our first real vacation of the summer! Despite the fact that it's taking place at the end of August, it'll still be very worth it. I definitely won't be making any content during that time, so hopefully I can have a bit of a restart when I get back and try and focus in on more videos!

I have a bit of stuff happening behind the scenes that I'm excited about! I'm really hoping that I can use the rest of the year to build up a bunch of stuff and create content and merch for the new year. My goal is to really focus on YouTube next year. I want to start a LEGO YouTube channel and continue with this one, so I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be working extra hard to pump out a lot of new content next year!

Finally, I want to talk about Amelia Darnell... but I can't. I'll tell ya, NDA's are great for a lot of things, but when it comes to wanting to share stuff about this game they are a NIGHTMARE! I feel like things are really taking shape in such a beautiful way and continuing to have the opportunities to work on this game just make my dreams come true. I think we should be releasing a new update soon, so stay tuned for that! I'll be sure to share it on here when it releases.

Anyways, I hope this gives you a little idea of where life is at. Again I'm sorry that I've been really inactive, but this summer has been the busiest I've ever had, in good and bad ways. I kind of can't wait for 2022 to be over so we can start a brand new year in '23.
